What's your typical turnaround time?

Standard jobs run 5–7 business days from approved files and dies. Rush service (2–3 days) is available on most projects, and same-day work can be arranged for true emergencies — call us to confirm capacity.

What file formats do you accept?

Print-ready PDFs are preferred, with all fonts outlined and images at 300 DPI or higher. We also accept native AI, INDD, and PSD files. Include a die line on its own spot-color layer (we use Pantone 'Dieline') and supply at least 1/8" bleed.

Do I need to supply my own die?

No. We can use an existing die you own, or we'll quote and produce a new steel-rule or rotary die in-house. Simple shapes typically add 1–2 days to the schedule.

How is pricing calculated?

Quotes are based on quantity, sheet size, stock weight, number of finishing passes (cutting, stamping, embossing, gluing), and tooling. Most projects ship within 24 hours of a quote request — send specs and a deadline and we'll come back fast.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

There's no hard minimum, but small runs under 250 pieces carry a setup-heavy unit cost. For prototypes and short runs, ask about our short-run digital die-cutting option.

Do you ship outside the Detroit area?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Local delivery is free within metro Detroit. We ship nationwide via UPS, FedEx, and LTL freight, and can drop-ship directly to your client or fulfillment partner.
